to the USD System Consortium organisation.

The organisational diagram presented herewith allows you to understand the USD System Editions International Consortium. It is made up of various participants, each playing its role according to its legal nature:
- USD Club International is a non-profit organisation.
- USD Editions and its 14 USD.2 licensees are business companies.
- The 49 USD.3 licensees are edition companies.
- The USD Production licensee is a manufacturing company.
- The consultants (and agents) mostly come from the liberal professions.

Explanation:

  1. At the center of the diagram: USD Club International is a non-profit organisation that unites in a federation the national associations (I.P.I.D.A.) that joined its contractual object: " Democratising access to Intellectual Property ! ". Each association collaborates with the editor (USD-3 national licensee) of its country in recruiting its members; namely, individuals who chose to become: chartered consultants of the Consortium. They advise their clientele to purchase the Intellectual Passport C B and handle the files accordingly.

  2. The diagram above the Club: the USD Editions Ltd. company is the worldwide holder of the rights to commercialise the Intellectual Passport C B. It grants subcontinental licenses to 14 USD-2 licensees that manage the business activities of the USD.3 edition companies.

  3. The diagram above USD Editions: each of the 14 USD.2 licensees grants national USD-3 distribution licenses (upper left part of the organisational diagram) to persons whose responsibility it is to create companies that edit the Intellectual Passport C B. Acting as an Ambassador of the Consortium, the USD.2 licensee collaborates with the USD-3 licensees in recruiting and managing consultants. The latter are domiciled on the exclusive territory of their respective national USD.3 editor. The consultants do not operate within a delimited territory.

  4. In the upper left part of the diagram: each national editor (licensed USD-3 distributor) receives the orders from its clientele (lower right part of the diagram), through their consultants (or agents). It then sub-contracts the manufacturing of the Intellectual Passport C B to the worldwide production company (center-right of the diagram).

Business Opportunities


Worldwide opportunities are still available

Universal Strategy Limited, located in the USA, also referred to as "USD-2" within the consortium, still holds 47 "USD-3" licenses, each representing one or more States or Nations. USD-2 is now licensing these 47 licenses worldwide.

The USD-3 companies specialize in marketing and communication; their primary functions are to recruit and manage their consultant network and to promote the Intellectual Passport C B within their territory. License costs vary depending on the economic and geo-political status of the country or territory in question (i.e. GNP per inhabitant in consideration of population density).

USD System Editions has set a first target of 3% market penetration for each of its USD-3 licensees. This target can be shown to translates into annual sales of 3000 Intellectual Passports C B for a typical USD-3 territory, within a developed country or comprising of developed countries, covering a population of 30 million inhabitants.

The USD System consultant is free to work on a full-time or part-time basis.

It is an exciting and rewarding opportunity. It is ideally suited for independent individuals looking for a career change or an additional revenue producing opportunity. The consultant, in essence, promotes a new paradigm in intellectual property, one that makes intellectual property more available and affordable for everyone.

The profession requires a certain degree of experience or competence, and is particularly well suited to: lawyers, notaries, business professionals (accountants, financial advisors, business strategists, etc.), engineers, as well as almost any individual that demonstrates the following attributes; methodical work habits; good people skills; attentiveness; discretion and; adherence to a professional code of ethics.

The potential market is almost unlimited:

Clients for the Intellectual Passport C B come from diverse backgrounds, for example they include; independent inventors, researchers, designers of all types, shop owners, representatives and owners of business enterprises of all kinds and sizes.

Potential earnings:

Depending on the time and effort that a consultant wants to commit, this activity can earn substantial income. Annuals incomes are to some degree a function of the personal professional skills that are brought to the job as well as the ability to connect with potential clients.

Private club membership:

Since the consultant is not purchasing a license nor a franchise but rather a membership in a private club, professionals (e.g. lawyers, accountants or others) can join. They act as prescribers.
